Returns & Refunds Policy
We take great pride in offering you an excellent selection of high-quality products and amazing customer service. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your Blue Barn experience, reach out to us. We guarantee we will do all we can to make you a happy and satisfied customer.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Item must be in the original packaging.
Item must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Pet ID Tags are not returnable. Electronic items like bark collars and heaters are non-returnable. If you have an issue with one of these items, please contact the manufacturer.
If you are dissatisfied in any way with the product once you receive it, please call or email us first, then if you wish to return the item(s), you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please allow up to five business days for the credit to show on your account.
There will be a 25% restocking fee for all canceled orders.
